Impact Law Group has just completed oral argument on appeal at the Ninth Circuit to preserve the win it obtained at the bankruptcy court, subsequently affirmed by the Western District of Washington, avoiding a first position lien against a home of over $400,000 and to seek an award of attorneys’ fees incurred throughout the appeals.
